Heat Pump extract energy from the surrounding air of the unit, then utilizes that thermal energy into generating hot water.
How much does it cost?
Heat pump usually cost $3000 – $5000 but we are offering it for Free due to Government incentives which are VEECs & STC. But occasionally there are some charges for the relocation fee specially if your existing electric water heater is located inside the premise and needs to transfer outside the premise there are possible charge. Also for the switchboard upgrades. But the product itself or the heat pump is totally free.
Are this efficient?
Heat Pump Water heaters can be up to 70% more efficient than electric water systems when installed and run correctly. It can lessen your monthly electric consumption in your monthly energy bills because heat pump uses thermal energy which is thru air to heat the water in the tank. Also it decreased emissions. It Utilizing less electricity and fuel creates fewer dangerous carbon dioxide emissions.
Is there any loud noise during the operation of heat pump?
Our system is one of the quietest heat pumps on the market. When operating, the units make the same amount of fan noise as a small split system aircon unit – technically 47db. The systems can also be set to only come on during the day if sounds at night time are an issue.
How long does the coverage of your warranty?
The Heat Pump that we installed comes with a one year warranty that covers full parts and labor for free and five year warranty for the tank’s parts. We also have extended full parts and labour warranty.
Can I keep with me the electric water heater once you installed heat pump in my premise?
regarding the existing electric water heater that we are going to remove, our installers will be drilling a hole on the old water heating system to serve as evidence for VEEC Claim.
Are you going to take with you the old unit when you left my premise after installation?
Our installers will NOT collect the old water heating system for decommissioning. You may contact the Council or Scrap Metal Recycler.
